To access your documents as a remote user at any time, an Epic River Account must be set up. This article and following video (00:02:22) will cover how to set up this account from the prosign.online login page.
- If you have never signed up for the customer portal login and are unable to locate the "Epic River Account Information" email, go to prosign.online.
- Click "Register".
- Enter email address.
- An email with the subject line, "Password Reset Request" will be sent.
- Click on "Reset Password"
- Set Password.
- Your login has now been set up.
