ID & Selfie Process from a Computer with Mobile Device Instructions ID & Selfie Instructions ID & Selfie Process from Mobile Device via Email Notification ID & Selfie Process from Mobile Device via SMS (Text Message) Notification --- ### ID & Selfie Process from a Computer with Mobile Device Instructions *If the customer clicks on "Access Documents" from their main device for eSigning (such as a laptop/computer) they will also need to open the same email notification on their mobile device and click on "Access Documents" to proceed with the ID & Selfie verification process.* *![IDSelfieInfo](https://knowledge.epicriver.com/hs-fs/hubfs/IDSelfieInfo.png?width=688&height=537&name=IDSelfieInfo.png)* 1.) From a desktop computer or laptop, customer(s) will receive their email notification to access their documents.
