The common use case to utilize this verification method is if the institution needs to validate a new customer, if there was a questionable customer to complete eSigning of documents, or need an technologically advanced solution for identity verification.

    • Yes! Please be sure to double check your settings in your General Systems Settings (GSS) on your server is correctly implemented.
