This article will review how to look at documents prior to signing.
During the Remote Signing Ceremony, there maybe a required section where customers will review documents before moving forward to the signing section within the session.
From our article on the Remote Signing Process, this article will show the Review section after Step 5.
After Steps 5 from the Remote Signing Process
1.) Customers will be able to view the listed documents they will need to sign from the Review section.
2.) Click on View Document for each of the document(s), once all documents are viewed, there will be a flashing arrow at the top to move forward to the Signing section.
Customers can also download each document if they'd like to review the documents outside the platform before moving forward to the signing section.
