Customer Verification Process: Email

This article will go over the steps a customer will take if they were to validate their identity with the Email verification method.

1.) The customer will receive an email notifications that allows them to access their documents.Customer Email View_NoEmailNote-png

2.) It will lead them to a page to begin the email verification process.

3.) The customer will click Confirm once verifying their email and they will be taken to the beginning of the signing ceremony screen to start the eSigning process.

The email verification method DOES NOT send an additional verification code to the signer's email address. This ID verification method only validates the correct email that was entered for the signer.
