Can I implement ProSign Online on my own?
Follow the steps below to implement a connection between your Finastra applications and ProSign Online.
For a successful implementation please ensure you have completed the following:
- Epic River (onboarding@epicriver.com) is aware of your imaging system
- You have obtained your access code
If you have purchased the ProSign Online implementation services through Finastra for ProSign Online, STOP HERE and someone from the client service team will reach out to you shortly. If you had not heard from our onboarding team, please reach out to onboarding@epicriver.com
You will need a login to Finastra Support Center to continue with implementation.
Prerequisites
To use ProSign Online, you must:
- Ensure Fusion LaserPro and/or DepositPro 21.3.0 or later is installed.
- You can find the latest version to download on https://support.dh.com/lending-compliance/laserpro/laserpro/software-downloads
- Ensure OpenPath version 21.3.0 or later is installed, including the latest OpenPath Gateway for Total Lending Access (this gateway is downloaded in the OpenPath Configurations desktop icon on your server).
- You can find the latest version to download on https://support.dh.com/lending-compliance/laserpro/laserpro/software-downloads
- Have an Azure Account and set up Azure Active Directory.
- Have an account and obtain credentials from ProSign Online.
- Please locate an email from noreply@prosignonline.com to register your password for your login credentials to ProSign Online. If the link to register your account has expired, please contact onboarding@epicriver.com
- Please visit "How to upgrade to Total Lending Gateway - ProSign Online" and request for an Access Token
Next Steps
1.) Register for Total Lending Digital Signing Integration Services.

Please contact onboarding@epicriver.com for more information on receiving a ProSign Online Sandbox environment for your UAT connection.
2.) Go to the registration page. Select Digital Signing Integration checkbox and click Continue.
- Your registration request will be sent to the Total Lending registrar who will review your registration and approve it if all is in order. You will receive a registration confirmation email when it is approved.
3.) Please check your email from the Epic River Onboarding Team and open the link provided from their email that contains your Access Token. If you did not receive your Access Token from the Epic River onboarding team, or if your Access Token is expired, please visit "How to upgrade to Total Lending Gateway - ProSign Online" and request for an Access Token
4.) Navigate to Total-Lending.

5.) Select Vendor Configuration on the left-side navigation menu -> Under Business Domain, select Digital Signing -> Under Vendor, select ProSign Online -> In Profile Settings, enter the Access Token from step 4 -> Save.
6.) Validate the connectivity to ProSign Online by opening up your OpenPath Test Client icon on your server's desktop.
7.) Select the Selected Gateway and Task radio button. In the Gateway drop-down menu, select TotalLendingAccess.
8.) In the Task drop-down menu, select DigitalSigning-ProSignOnline-CreatePackage, and click the Send button.
9.) Configure General System Setup (GSS) for ProSign Online:
- In General System Setup (GSS), go to the General tab and click on eSign Export.
- On the eSign Export window, ensure ProSign Online is selected.
- Section: Package Manager
- Check the box for "Allow Editing of Package Manager in Transaction"
- Section: Package Type Details
- Check the box for "Enable settings of Expiration Days in the Transaction"
- Check the box for "Allow Editing of Primary Contact in Transaction"
- Section: Authentication Methods
- Select your default authentication method for your customer from the drop-down menu:
- Q&A also known as Out-of-Wallet (OOW) on ProSign Online
- SMS
- Remote ID Verification also known as ID/Selfie on ProSign Online
- KBA (must have KBA verification contracted directly with Epic River)
- Select your default authentication method for your employee from the drop-down menu:
- Q&A also known as Out-of-Wallet (OOW) on ProSign Online
- SMS
- Select your default authentication method for your customer from the drop-down menu:
- Sub-Section: Customer Multi-Factor Authentication
- This section you will have the option to choose from the following from the drop-down menu:
- None - the selected authentication method will be used from the Authentication Method section
- SBA - when sending transactions out for signing, signers will validate their identity using OOW and ID/Selfie
- All Transactions - when sending transactions out for signing, signers will validate their identity using OOW and ID/Selfie
- This section you will have the option to choose from the following from the drop-down menu:
- Section: Enable New eSign Message
- Check the box for "Enable New eSign Message for Digital Transaction" then click "Yes" on the New eSign Message dialogue box that pops up.
- Section: Package Manager
