This article covers how to access the completed documents at the end of the eSigning process.
After completing all sections of the eSigning process, the final page will appear. On this page, see the right hand side under Your Documents.
- Clicking on the individual document names will download the document.
- Clicking on Download All Files will download all documents in a zip file.
Please note the Return to Dashboard button will take the signer to their eSign Portal (if they already registered for an account). The Logout button will close the Signing Ceremony screen.
When all signers from the same transaction has completed their document signing, the Platform will automatically trigger an email notification to all recipients that their final copies have been delivered & can be accessed from the email notification.
