      Complete the PPP 2483-C-508 Application

      This article goes over completing the PPP 2483-C-508 Application in ProSign

      1) Use the link provided by the Financial Institution

      2) Enter in your information

       

      3) Click the Continue button

      4) Choose a Signature or Draw a signature

       

      5) Click Next on the Signature and Initials screen

       

      6) Sign Consent and click Next

       

      7) Go through and complete the Application 

       

      8) Once complete Click Finish Signing

       

      9) The Transaction will be created in the Financial Institutions ProSign Account
