Adding Signature Fields to a Document

This article goes over adding signature fields to ProSign documents.

1) Login to ProSign Online

2) Click on the menu and select Document Library

3) Click Add New Document

 

4) Upload the desired document you'd like to place a signature field on

 

5) Drag a Signature Field onto the document in the desired location

 

6) Enter the desired information for your imaging vendor

 

7) Click Save button in the top right when finished

 

8) You can then add the document to the transaction
